It's time again for our Winter Party!
When arriving, please stop at the registration table to get your namebadge.

Cocktail Hour 5:30 - 6:15
  - Chef selected cheeses & crackers and
  - Cash Bar (Remember to tip your server)
Buffet Dinner 6:15
Salads:
 - Asparagus salad topped with cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese and sweet balsamic glaze 
 - Pasta Salad 
 - Garden salad with tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers and a citrus vinaigrette
Entrees: Enjoy one or have both
 - English cut Prime rib served with a creamy horseradish au jus
 - Blackened Mahi topped with a mango salsa and sweet balsamic glaze
Sides: Scalloped potatoes, Tuscan roasted vegetables, Assorted breads
Dessert: Assorted Boondocks desserts
